1. Data Controller

“Special Categories of Personal Data” refers to Personal Data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, health data, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

The Data Controller has obtained your Personal Data as a result of you publishing such data on the website www.targetlaw.it.
3. Purpose of Processing, type of data Processed, legal basis, nature of provision, retention period.
Your Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of selecting, as the case may be, staff or professionals.The processing for such purposes will involve the Personal Data you have provided to the Data Controller. If you have also provided Special Categories of Personal Data, such submission constitutes your consent to the processing of such data for the selection purposes mentioned above.
Your ordinary Personal Data will be processed based on the following legal basis: “legitimate interest”.
For these purposes, your Personal Data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Your Personal Data will be processed by employees and/or professionals who are adequately trained and appointed as authorized and/or designated and/or assigned processors (whether internal or external) for common/special data processing.
To comply with its obligations, the Data Controller may disclose your data, following inspections or audits (if requested), to all relevant supervisory authorities.
5. Transfer of Personal Data abroad
The Data Controller informs you that the Personal Data you have provided will not be transferred to third countries. Should data processing activities be transferred to a third country, such transfer will take place in accordance with the procedures provided for in Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR”).

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you may exercise your right to access your Personal Data, as well as the right to rectification, objection, restriction, portability, and deletion of such data at any time. By virtue of your right to be informed of the existence of automated decision-making processes, including profiling, we inform you that your Personal Data will not be subject to such processing.
