PROFILE

Tommaso Amirante’s practice focuses on corporate, public and private M&A, private equity deals and transactions on distressed assets.
He regularly advises multinational companies and private equity firms in both domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has also been involved in a number of complex debt restructuring matters.
In such contexts, he has also consistently dealt with joint ventures, shareholders agreements and strategic commercial contracts.
Over the years, he has gained experience in the real estate, food and insurance industries.

Prior to founding TARGET, he was a partner at LMS Studio Legale. In previous years, he has been a corporate partner at Latham & Watkins, Rome and Milan office, and a partner at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, also in Milan.
In 1995, he was a visiting attorney at Freshfields in London (UK).
