Francesco Fulgoni focuses on labour and employment law, providing both litigation and advisory support to consulting firms and Italian and international companies across various industries, including industrial, pharmaceutical, distribution & retail, food & beverage, media & entertainment, fashion and energy.

Francesco's areas of expertise include employment disputes, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, managing corporate crises and redundancies, executive employment terminations, negotiations with union, advising on labor law aspects of extraordinary transactions, and drafting and negotiating employment contracts.

He gained substantial experience at an international law firm and two prestigious Italian law firms, focusing on labor law, industrial relations, and social security matters.

Before joining TARGET, Francesco was a Partner at RaffaelliSegreti and later co-founder of hi.lex & RaffaelliSegreti.
