Enrico Cossa focuses on direct taxation of corporations, groups and individuals, financial services taxation, tax aspects of extraordinary transactions and real estate, stamp duties and direct tax in general.

He also has a significant expertise on successions tax, tax planning and generational transition and he has developed a significant experience assisting Italian and international clients on tax assessments and settlements as well as tax litigation.
He serves as statutory auditor of several leading Italian companies.

Before founding TARGET, he was a founding partner of Malguzzi e Associati – Studio Legale Tributario and a partner of the tax department at Pedersoli e Associati – Studio Legale, both based in Milan. Before that he was a partner at another Italian boutique firm focusing on corporate and tax matters.
