TARGET advised Generali Real Estate on the negotiation of the Hotel Management Agreement with EQ Group in connection with the transaction through which Generali Real Estate, acting via the Generali Real Estate Umbrella Fund – Hospitality Europe Fund, completed the acquisition of the Novotel Tower Bridge London from Ares Real Estate Fund and EQ Group, marking the Italian company’s official debut in the UK hospitality sector.
