Our Managing Associate Taila Centrella and our Partner Fabio Coppola, with the support of our Associate Ilaria Taddeo, assisted RYZE in the acquisition of 100% of TCS | Technical & Construction Solutions, an Italian company specializing in technical and urban planning consulting and in support for complex property development, enhancement and regeneration projects.

The transaction, carried out under the guidance of majority shareholder AnaCap, forms part of RYZE’s broader external growth strategy and represents a further step in executing the buy-and-build strategy, further strengthening its investment division through the launch of the new “Town Planning” business unit.
