TARGET with Le Fonti Industrial in the acquisition of the Italian company Stanhome

TARGET assisted Le Fonti Industrial in the acquisition of 100% of the Italian company Stanhome Italia, active in the direct sale of home care and beauty products, from Groupe Rocher.

TARGET advised on the corporate M&A aspects of the transaction, as well as on matters relating to the W&I insurance policy, with a team led by our Partner Tommaso Amirante and composed of our Managing Associate Taila Centrella, our Senior Associate Sara Aratari, and our Associates Francesca Corte and Matteo Pedrini. Banking matters were handled by our Partner Matteo Bazzani, while tax matters were handled by our Partner Michele Malfitano.

TARGET also assisted Le Fonti Group in the negotiations with the co-investors in the vehicle Le Fonti Industrial regarding the definition of the investment terms and the shareholders’ agreements.
