TARGET advised Space Capital on its majority investment in Pastaio Maffei, a leading Italian producer of fresh pasta and the market leader in fresh semolina pasta. The transaction is designed to support the group’s ambitious industrial growth strategy and international expansion plans. Pastaio Maffei operates production facilities in Barletta, Sogliano Cavour (Lecce), and Aprilia (Latina).

The multidisciplinary TARGET team advising Space Capital was led by our Partner Tommaso Amirante, who oversaw the corporate and M&A aspects of the transaction, supported by our Managing Associate Taila Centrella and our Associates Francesca Corte and Ilaria Taddeo.
